 MY HISTORY NAVRONGO SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL

Navrongo Senior high school (NAVASCO) was established in 1960 A.D and is situated five kilometers in the southern part of Navrongo town just after University for Development Studies Navrongo campus. It has a Motto 'Lux Borealis'

  (meaning light of the north) under a crest with bull's head caled NABIA surrounded by a blue and white background. The current Headmaster Patrick K. Tangonyire has been ruling the school since 2001 to date.
Products of Navrongo Senior High School are all over Ghana and beyond developing their lives, others and the communities in which they are.

The school runs five programs: science, General Arts, Agricultural science, Home economics/visual Arts and Business.

The has a teaching strength of eighty nine while the non-teaching staff strength is about eighty-six.
